Fast forward to Lindsey Clancy, who strangled her three children, and suddenly some folks are worried about prison conditions and feeling sorry for her. Sympathy for someone who did that? The real cruelty is letting a child killer walk free and have more kids. Mental illness might explain the state of mind, but it doesn't excuse murder or becoming a parent again.
