The United States contributed $12.97 billion, followed by Germany at $5.37 billion and Japan with $2.48 billion. China contributed $2.31 billion while the United Kingdom gave $2.30 billion. The Netherlands came in at $1.78 billion, Canada at $1.61 billion, France at $1.56 billion, Norway at $1.42 billion, and Sweden contributed $943 million.
