WAZALENDO fighters are spread across KINSHASA, BUTEMBO, BENI, BUNIA and UVIRA, and in those places they have taken stock of just how far the president's orders actually reach. The claim being made is that he leans first on his KASAIAN brothers plus foreign mercenaries inside the FARDC and units borrowed from abroad, while the other Congolese communities that make up his army get overlooked.
