Yoshitaka Amano's upcoming dark fantasy anime project "ZAN" is set to premiere a pilot film on July 3 at Anime Expo. The project is co-directed by Masashi Ikeda, known for Gundam Wing, and Tooru Yoshida, who worked on Gundam Seed. Several other staff members have experience with popular mecha anime, particularly Armored Trooper. More details at the link:
