    Signs of vitamin deficiency

Your body's got a bunch of ways to hint you're short on vitamins, and they're pretty easy to miss. Vitamin D deficiency can bring bone pain, fatigue, and a low mood, while low Vitamin C often means weak immunity and bleeding gums. B12 issues show up as memory problems and tingling in your hands or feet, and Vitamin K as easy bruising plus slow clotting. Night blindness points to Vitamin A, weakness and nerve trouble to B1, skin rashes and fatigue to B3, anemia and weakness to B9 (folate), muscle weakness and vision issues to E, and mood changes with skin irritation to B6. These are early signs, not a diagnosis, so if symptoms hang around, a doctor's the move. Info pulls from WHO, NIH, and Mayo Clinic.
