Donald Trump told reporters on Thursday that Russia had behaved quite well regarding the Strait of Hormuz. So far, I think Russia has behaved quite well, as far as the Strait of Hormuz is concerned, he said. When asked why the United States hasn't sanctioned Chinese banks doing business with Iran, he replied: Who said I'm not doing it? You don't know if I am doing it. I don't have to announce everything, right?
