Man fatally shoots cousin after argument over whose enchiladas were spicier. Ervin Joaquin Gutierrez, 22, was charged with murder after allegedly shooting his 25-year-old cousin, Nathaniel Cavazos, following a heated dispute over the spiciness of green chile enchiladas. The fatal incident occurred on August 27 at an apartment complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
