Kota Ibushi surgery update

Kota Ibushi shares that the recent surgery went well, though the aftermath points toward a return to professional wrestling being almost impossible. The replacement plate inserted during the procedure won't be taken out from his perspective in the future and will stay inside him for life. While he can now live without any issues thanks to the treatment, doing professional wrestling carries a high chance of that plate breaking again, which would make even daily life difficult when it happens. In the past, he would have tried to make a comeback, but he is confused because he doesn't feel that motivation anymore. He wonders if it is due to age or perhaps his body has come to understand that with these legs, he may never be able to return to his prime. That is what he thought. Recovery was complete after just two days since the surgery! Even though a comeback seems hopeless, he will definitely return to the ring. He doesn't know how many years it will take, but he will never give up on returning.
