Flávio Bolsonaro letter from the US

A letter attributed to Flávio Bolsonaro is circulating from the US, and in it he declares himself Brazil's real president-elect while saying Lula and the Supreme Court took the election from him. Persecution fears are the reason he gives for leaving, Trump gets thanked for taking him in, and he intends to keep running the opposition while based outside the country. the whole thing has a government-in-exile energy to it, with the obvious subtext of waiting around for another crack at power. ohh man
