And already when it comes to this testimony, this recorded statement from Lance Twiggs, the romantic partner and roommate, they have made a motion where they've objected to it. They've had a prior ruling on it. That was denied. They appealed that up to the Supreme Court in THAT WAS DENIED. THEY HAVE RENEWED THOSE OBJECTIONS HERE IN COURT. AND EARLIER TODAY, THEY HAVE OBJECTED TO IT AGAIN. THAT'S WHAT WE BELIEVE IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN HERE. THIS OFFICER, I BELIEVE, IS THE ONE THAT IS GOING TO INTRODUCE THAT EVIDENCE. SO ALL OF THIS IS LEADING UP TO THIS POINT FROM HEARING FROM LANCE TWIGGS, WHICH I THINK WILL PROBABLY BE THE CORNERSTONE PIECE OF EVIDENCE IN THIS CASE. YOU TALK ABOUT THE HEARING OF THE VOICE OF LANCE TWIGGS KIND OF GIVING HIS SIDE OF THIS WHOLE THING. But huge evidence for those who missed it, talking about the DNA where there was a towel that had wrapped the rifle found in a bush, Josh, that had the DNA of both Lance Twiggs and Tyler Robinson. Talk about that because that seems to me like a huge piece of evidence for the prosecution. Yeah, two crucial pieces of DNA evidence were recovered. A SCREWDRIVER THAT WAS FOUND ON THAT ROOF WHERE THEY BELIEVE THE SNIPER WAS SET UP. THAT SCREWDRIVER HAD DNA RECOVERED FROM IT AS WELL AS THAT TOWEL THAT YOU JUST MENTIONED THAT WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE SUSPECT RIFLE THAT THEY RECOVERED DNA. AND IT WAS MIXED DNA. IT WAS LANCE TWIGS AND TYLER ROBINSON'S. SO MUCH OF THE TESTIMONY HAD TO DO WITH HOW THEY UNWOUND THOSE MIXED SAMPLES. BUT THE POINT BEING THAT IT COMES BACK TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE.
