During the production of Hellboy II in 2008, Ron Perlman unintentionally sparked a genuinely funny scene. A goblin extra, whose heavy makeup completely blocked his vision, continued to flinch and react to punches long after Perlman had stopped throwing them. The entire crew was left in stitches.
