Eric Schmitt on noncitizens voting
Senator Eric Schmitt has announced that federal prosecutions can be legally pursued against New Jersey public officials who allowed thousands of noncitizens to register to vote. He stated it was not a software issue with the vendor or the State Division of Elections.
