Lee Ka-eun built a legacy as the final member to join After School in 2012, anchoring the group's lead vocal and dance line until their hiatus. Her fanbase remains deeply tied to the collective identity of After Schoolers rather than operating as a distinct, standalone entity with its own registered name or unique rituals. Unlike idols who drive massive chart campaigns or subway ad projects through separate organizations, Kaeun's supporters have historically channeled their energy through the group's existing framework. The most defining moment for her personal connection with fans occurred during her tenure on Produce 48, where an emotional discussion about her long hiatus resonated deeply with those who had followed her since 2012. This vulnerability became a core part of her narrative, distinguishing her journey from typical idol promotions. Later, her departure from Pledis Entertainment in 2019 was marked by a handwritten letter that reinforced her reputation for sincerity. While she has transitioned into acting and content creation, maintaining a loyal following through lifestyle vlogs and beauty content, her public standing reflects a steady, respectful presence rather than viral frenzy. Despite her enduring popularity and successful pivot to solo work and drama roles, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated this person, but they do not currently hold a placement in the published rankings (Global Top 1,000 or a Top-100 scope list).[editar]

Lee Ka-eun is celebrated for her tall stature of 170 cm and elegant visuals, often described as having a goddess-like appearance. She is a skilled cook who frequently shares cooking vlogs on her YouTube channel, showcasing her domestic talents alongside her performing arts career. Her adventurous side was highlighted when she participated in the reality show Law of the Jungle in 2014. A close friendship with former After School members Lizzy and Raina remains a staple of her personal life story. Fans sometimes call themselves Eunies, though she does not have an official solo fandom name. A legendary moment from her career involves her selection as a potential center position for Produce 48 in May 2018, which sparked immediate controversy regarding the fairness of the selection process. Another iconic chapter occurred in 2019 when she released a handwritten letter to her fans upon leaving Pledis Entertainment, a gesture that solidified her reputation for direct communication. In February 2024, she publicly addressed the ranking manipulation case associated with Mnet survival programs, adding a layer of modern relevance to her story as a voice of experience within the industry.[editar]
